Welcome to Cuts a Fine Figure

I'm Yasemin Wigglesworth, the papercut artist behind Cuts a Fine Figure. From a small home-based studio in Stroud, over looking the Golden Valley, I hand cut all my own original designs from paper. Each piece is unique and complete, cut from a single sheet of paper.

Nature, The Arts & Crafts Movement and Iznik ceramic designs are my main sources of inspiration along with the incredible V&A museum.

I like to keep my work accessible and affordable. Framed pieces are sold through shops/galleries and art fairs, and I also regularly undertake commissions.   Prices range from £35 to £500 for framed, original papercuts.

Some of my designs have been published as greetings cards by Museums and Galleries Marketing Ltd, as part of their 'Illustrators' and 'Christmas Fayre' ranges.
